Hey guys my friend wants to get a new computer really soon and his budget is 1k, he lives in america and he wants all parts amazon and newegg (which ever is cheapest) he prefers intel proccesors and wants to liquid cool and sli if possible, but give me the best possible for the money anyways please! thank you

The "wants to sli" thing doesn't really make sense, you can get a single strong card and it will perform the same as two smaller cards for the same cost. Although he can CrossFire Later if he would like.

You can drop the ssd (since it wasn't required.) and get liquid cooling if you'd like, although he probably wouldn't really need it.
