Not sure where to put temperature probes

I would place the probes to the left of the CPU (where the Power delivery stages are), the power supply (as deep in as possible), below your HDD/SSD(s), at the southbridge of the motherboard.

one more question for my fan controller the probes go with each fan if you know what i mean so like when my controller is on auto it sees that my temp of my cpu is 45 c so it increases the fan by my hard drive i guess i should have explained this earlier
