I'm mulling over pc parts but having trouble making a decision.

Going to be used with a 4770k, gtx780, and samsung 840 evo 250gb. PC is gaming/streaming/multi tasking/HTPC

here's the motherboards:
ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157460
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131989
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131976
MSI Z87 MPOWER Max - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130690
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD5 TH - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128650

and the ram:
G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2400 c10 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231589
CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 2133 c9 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233401

Basically, do I go with the asrock and the trident x, the maximus vi and the trident x, the sabertooth and the corsair or the high end msi/gigabyte boards? Any other suggestions of course would be appreciated.

Personally, I don't think I'll see any benefit in the more expensive stuff, except for the sabertooth since i use a Thermalright Silver Arrow(gigantic heatsink), but even then, I've been using the silver arrow for years on an evga 750i and have had the same temperatures so I don't think my current board has been effected by the weight

However, I do feel that getting 2133+ low latency ram would be better for longevity then getting 1600c9

Hero and Tridents, did about 20 Haswell builds before deciding on the Hero, best Z87 I've used (see sig), and the Tridents are the best DRAM for high performance ( I went with the 2666, and have the 2400's in my IB build. Heatsink shouldn't be any problem I've got the CM GTS V8 on mine
