Go to Intel's website and download the most recent drivers Intel HD graphics drivers. Go to nVidia's website and download the most recent drivers for the laptop version of the GT 7xx series graphics chip/card.
I apologize in advance for reviving a dead thread, but this is the only other case of the same problem that I am having.... I updated my graphics drivers as suggested, but the problem wasn't fixed. I have had my computer for about a month and the screen looks similar. Original poster, what was your course of action, and have you had the problem fixed?
