building a new system for my friend with a 280x hes going to put it in a cm elite 130 and use in his living room, we were wondering if he connects the hdmi out to his 1080p tv will that transmit sound too, if not does he have to use the three audio ports on the back, is that true stereo wil it work with his 7.1 reciver if the mb says it supports realtek 7 or 8 channel sound.
gpus with hdmi out, does that transmit audio too?
