Help! What graphics card should i buy

hi. i dont know what graphics card should i buy for a 300W psu
I have a pentium dual-core e5200 2.5ghz
2gb ddr2 ram
1 sata 150gb
and intel integrated card (i dont know how to disable i need help for that too :( )

please help me.. the budget i dont care
i did a power supply calculator online and it shows that my psu is using 271-280w (im not sure i did it correctly so it could be using less

You are honestly better off building a new system. The amd apu's are reasonably powerful for there price. However to answer this properly, we need to know what type of games you'll be playing.

i wont play demanding games i wil be playing League of legends WoW (gta 4 if possible ) thats all
i dont have enough money for new system :|
