AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE bottleneck with HD 6670

Hello forum, I'm new here so I have some questions...

I have an AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4 Ghz and a XFX Ati Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 1GB
I wonder witch on of this parts are bottlenecking (I think that it's the GPU, leave answers!)

If so... can you prefer me a better graphic card? I think that a HD 7770 1GB DDR5 will do the job or GeForce GTX650 1GB DDR5?

Yes it is the gpu, depending on budget you can get a 7870 without bottlenecking on that processor, and an OC to ~4GHz will allow for an upgrade all the way to a 760 without bottleneck.
