whats the true difference? corsair vengance ram

i was originally suggested THIS RAM but as noted it is no longer available via newegg. looking at alternates, i see NEW RAM which look the same except for voltage and color.

what is the real difference or is there one?

Those will be fine, or you could look at the GSkill Snipers which are good w/ your mobo, slightly better sticks (stronger), same price w/ free shipping

thank you. if i stayed with newegg it would be the same cost. if i went with vuugo then i can gat the corsair for 10 dollars less (instore pickup with my other products)

great to have an alternate though!
