well, zeb-450w is a generic psu..

Generic psu usually has fake wattage label, high noise in all rail, low quality output, and all of this thing will lead to hardware failure..

i suggest you to buy a quality powersupply before you buy a new graphic card..

a 400w psu from well known brand (antec, seasonic, corsair, fsp, etc) will be more than enough to deliver power to your system..
