Building my sister a White gaming computer. She already has bought everything she has needed, but now she just needs a monitor. She is extremely picky, and wants a specific white monitor at 16:9 or 16:10 Resolution. She also doesn't want it to be below 1600x900 either (However 1366x766 suggestions are welcome too) Her budget for a decent one is about 100 dollars. Can anyone suggest a good one? (All of the ones I find are black)

You could always pick a black one with the performance you want then tape off the screen and vent inlets and connectors on the back and paint it with multi-purpose/ plastic paint (make sure you get the right shade of white, heaven forbid you paint it eggshell when the rest of the rig is ecru 
).
Custom colour monitors (anything but black these days) are expensive (more than 200$ to be sure)
P.S.: If you go the painting route pick a monitor with "buttons" not touch type settings. Touch will never work after painting
