The zotac gtx 760 amp is little cheaper than the msi gtx 760 TF in my country and it have 1111 MHz (base) 1176 MHz (boost) and 6208 MHz memory clock. So should I go for the amp?

MSI is a more reputable brand. So it will likely be slightly more expensive. Also, the Twin Frozer cooling system is one of the better ones. I'd go with the MSI, as it will likely run a little cooler, which to me is me is more important than potentially gaining 1 or 2 extra fps in games.

When it is the same specs of the Card (760) and it has the same memory on it (For Ex. 2GB) - It usually goes by brand then.

Biggest difference between cards is which ones use stock PCMs and VRMs and which ones don't.... MSI sues a custom PCB and beefy VRM on their card along with a great cooler.... the Amp does the same I'm pretty sure. EVGA SC is the one to avoid, the Classified and FTW AFAIK are fine.
