So I recently built a new computer, it runs bf4, all nice and dandy. however, it has been having random restarts and its worrying me. It is happening during games and even when im just watching youtube. i removed the reset switch from the motherboard in case that would do something, but it didnt. I took a picture of the blue screen I am getting when It restarts. please help. I am worried and want to get this fixed.

hey man, thanks for all the help! I ended up looking inside my case, and found out that the retention clip that hooks onto the 24 pin motherboard power connector was not hooking on. after about 10 or so minutes, I managed to get the clip to snap on, and I believe that will fix it. thanks for all the help anyways.

Hi, I watched the video, and the computer didnt restart when I scanned for hardware changes. However, it did try to install a device driver software for my ethernet controller, but failed saying no driver found. I use a wireless usb internet adapter for my internet, so I dont think the ethernet controller is necessary

Try cleaning out your computer with these:

Defraging HDD and/or registry
uninstall programs and/or files you do not want and need
virus scan, Anti-virus programs: avg, avast, norton
check for malware, programs : malwarebytes
repair registry and/or hdd
dust out your computer physically

Also forgot to ask when did happen perhaps you can use system restore to the point before it has happened.
