First build need help with cables

Ok so it's my first time building
Fx-9370
Asus crosshair v formula z
G skill sniper 2400 16gb
raidmax agusta case
1tb caviar black
Corsair hx1050

Can someone help me with cables does someone know a good guide that can tell me which cable is which? And where to plug them in on my motherboard

The 24 pin:

The EPS12V power connector has a detachable four-pin mechanism in
order to support either an eight-pin or a four-pin socket on the motherboard.
CPU_fan

PCIe cables for the graphics card:

If installing multiple graphics card, connect also a molex from the PSU to the EZ_plug connector.

The board has
AMD SB950 controller :
6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), red
Support Raid 0, 1, 5, 10
ASMedia® ASM1061 controller :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), red
2 x eSATA 6Gb/s port(s), red

Connect the HDD/SSD and DVD drive to the AMD SATA ports.

There is a 9 pin Cpu cable it's got like 9 holes it where does that go and a 3 hole 1

I actually got the cables all hooked up that you for the help.
If you can help with management I'll post a pic of the front and back
also is there any way to mount the water cooler outside the case. There's not enough room inside

As for the water cooler, there are ways, but I can't help you with that. Try opening a new thread.
Adding pictures to the new post would help.
