Best gaming PC

Alright guys. I have around two grand and after a day of researching I selected all the parts for my gaming monitor. I just want some Advice wether my proposed set up is fine. The keyboard, speakers, and mouse doesn't really matter.... I have two sets; one is a AMD build and the other is an Intel. I need help deciding which one is better and the areas I can improve on within each build...

Ill buy the Intel and to have the best ill change the 780 with 780Ti the best GPU.

For a ~10 FPS increase over the 290X you want to pay another $300? Be our guest.
R9 290 (non-X) is amazing in its performance-per-dollar in high end cards.
