So I've been buying some games during the steam sale.
But I don't have a very good computer ATM, and I am trying to go as cheap as I can go [Building]

the games I have got are:
just cause 2
Skyrim
Terraria
KSP
borderlands 2
Trials evolution
war game ALB

I am also looking to play BF4.

what am I going to need to run these games at low-medium settings in at least 900p

I am looking to build a $350-$450 computer W/o operating system monitor or peripherals.

thanks

So are you trying to build a PC? You're being a little vague.

Well to build an entire PC to get the performance you are looking for, I'd say it will run you around $400-$500 depending on the deals you find. I like to use pcpartpicker.com to price out a build, it also gives you estimated wattage. Most likely around $500+ you will find performance better than what you wished. At that price you will be running games with similar settings to the new consoles.
