is a case upgrade worth it?

I'm looking to upgrade my case, from an Antec 300 to a Fractal Design Define R2 XL. is it worth it? Right now, cable management is really difficult in this case, as well as VERY LOUD. so, is it worth it?

I think if you are not happy with the case you have now then definitely up grade as it will make you happy and your the only one that has to be happy with it so I say upgrade away ow and then there is all that other stuff to like cable management and sound reduction and more air flow to so I say YES
