How to find PLL in motherboard to overclock Intel Pentium 4

Hi,
I have Intel Pentium 4(1.8 GHz) CPU, 450W power supply and I have to overclock it up to 2.4 GHz. I tried "setfsb" program but it requires PLL. how do i find PLL in my motherboard.
I'm posting a photo of my motherboard please help me to find out my PLL.

there is no point to overclocking a Pentium 4 and you won't get a 33% overclock out of one. you do not overclock with a program anyway, you do it in the BIOS and if it is an OEM computer the settings will be locked.
