I'm having a problem with my EVGA nvidia GeForce GTX 660 SC, my problem is that every time that i play games like Shogun 2 and Skyrim im getting temparatures of 100º C and im worried beacause is never happend normally with skyrim i get temps between 60º C and 70º C but know the temps are getting to 80ºC and 100ºC in the case of shogun 2, in idle is realatively cool 40º C is hot because i was getting temps between 32ºC and 35 ºC.

I'm actually really worried and im not playing anything with the fear of getting my sistem damage.

i clean my pc the first day of every month, the only thing is that i have time since i clean it with compresse air.

There can be a few things that can cause a graphics card to overheat. If you have had the card for awhile the thermal paste between the heat sink and the GPU could be drying up (which would be unusual for a card that's no older than yours), the fan could behaving problems and not spinning fast enough (or not at all), or you could be having an issue with airflow through your case.
Is this a new graphics card or have you had it for awhile? And what software are you using to check your GPU temp?
If it were me I would start by observing the fan on your GPU as well as monitoring fan speeds. Make sure the fan is still spinning first. If that's ok then I would put the GPU under a load and observe the fan speeds. You can use a program such as FurMark to do that.
GPU temps around 70c to 80c are normal. When you get into the 90c to 100c is when there is need for concern.
One other thing to try is removing the side panel from your computer and facing a small box fan or something so that it will blow air directly into your computer. That will tell you if you have an issue with airflow or not.

I buy the video card like 6 or 7 months ago, i dont have to much with it and i dont think is the termal paste.
Im using EVGA precision X to monitoring my gpu and the fan speed and i know my fan is running because i can hear it.
I have a mid-tower case is the thermaltake commander snow edition, and cable management is not that good but it never causes me problem till like a month ago.
I use the program FurMark and what i notice is exactly what i get when gaming load it gets temps of 100 ºC (also i notice fps drop) and it cant, even on max speed, keep the vga from scaling that much, i have my fan curve to get on 100% speed once it gets to 80ºC, and it makes a lot of noise so that's how i know the fan is running.
