Black screen and A weird noise when i play Battlefield or Cod Ghost

Hey i made a pc 1 eyar ago and i keep on having thsi problem. When i play games such as Battlefield or Cod My PC's Screen turns Black and i can hear a weird loud noise that sounds like someone is blowing something. It sounds like "ssssssssssssssssssssss". The only way to fiz it is restart my pc. I onbly have this problem, on new games but not on games such as Leagus of Legends or Bioforce infinite.I am not sure if its myGPU, Graphis card or PSU. Please Help!

Hard Drive: WD Caviar Green 1TB
Graphics card: Evga GTX 660 2Gb
GPU: Intel Core i5 3570K 3,4GHz
Ram: Kingston HyperX 8Gb
CPU cooler: thermaltake contac 39
PSU: SuperFlower 600W (not sure about the model)

I would try a new PSU.
