We need a hardware firewall with function of blocking all addresses for connection, and left open only for some addresses, with vpn and ipv6 support too.

Almost any of the medium to higher end routers can do simple ip filtering. You really only need a dedicated firewall if you need to actually detect traffic patters and attacks.
