Why my computer restarts automatically?

My computer just restarts automatically when I browse the Internet and play Games (like Grid 2, MotoGP13 etc.)?. I have update all my graphics drivers. Does it cause by my PSU?. I have AeroCool Strike-X 600W PSU. Please, I need some help with this problem.

My PC Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
CPU: AMD FX 8320 8-Core Processor 3.5GHz
MB: Gigabyte 970A-DS3
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1333MHz (4x4GB)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD7770 1GB GDDR5
PSU: AeroCool Strike-X 600W
HDD: Samsung HD753LJ 750GB
CPU Cooling: Cooler Master Seidon 120XL Liquid CPU Cooler

1ST MAKE SURE YOUR TOWER IS VENTILATED PROPERLY
2ND MAKE SURE CPU AND GPU TEMPS ARE OK (idle and under load)
is your cpu or gpu ocerclocked? state speed and voltage.
600w is enough for your system.if not o/c then most likely is a bad psu case!
try working it with another system and see how it behaves.!

No I haven't OC my CPU or GPU.
On MSI Afterburner my graphic looks like this:
Core Voltage (mV): -
Power Limit (%): +0
Core Clock (MHz): 1000
Memory Clock (MHz): 1125
Fan Speed (%): 20 (Auto)

About the liquid cooler, I just bought it yesterday ^^. The problem occur before I bought the cooler :/
