Will these fit? and other minor questions.

So previously I got a rather "budget" build, the basic specs are

CPU: i5-4670k (Stock Cooler)
MOBO: MSI Z87-G43 (Non Gaming)
RAM: Kingston HyperX blu.

So, I'm intending to upgrade my GPU from a 7870XT to a 780 Classified ACX with no intention to SLI afterwards.

I'm also intending to add in a closed loop water cooler (Corsair 100i) and my concern is whether they'll fit in my Corsair 300R without hitting the ram since my motherboard is the G43 which the ram placement is rather high.

I'll be overclocking both my CPU and GPU as high as possible and knowing that the eVGA 780 Classified ACX (planning to upgrade) can be overclocked to 1.3v so will a SeaSonic M12II 750W be enough? I am not intending to SLI it for several reasons.

Are 2 side fans (either 120mm or 140mm) useful for 1 eVGA 780 Classified? The reason I want to add one is because the CPU H100i will be installed in a "push" mode so the air going through the radiator maybe a little hot.

Lastly, are SSD useful for game loading speed or FPS performance if you install ONLY the OS on it? Meaning that the games and other media will be installed on HDD (maybe Raid 0).

This maybe a bit rude but please do not recommend any other product unless it doesn't fit as I've chosen this parts to fit my blue-ish black theme.

Solution
Think the H100 should "just" fit, though it will render the 5 inch bays useless. Have a google about, you will see how tight it will be.

PSU is decent so no worries there.

Side fan will likely help but wont be vital as you have a front intake.

SSD helps general speed and response of the system when used for a OS drive, load times are improved for sure if you install games on a SSD. FPS will not change however in either case.

Hope this helps!

Does this mean that the 1st or the Top Bay which I installed a DVD RW Drive will be unusable?

Then is it possible to install a NZXT Kraken X40 directly above the CPU? There are 2 Fan slots and I'm referring to the one closer to the rear. I'll be installing a Corsair SP140 Quiet Edition on the radiator as well. Cause if possible, I would like to leave the drive untouched.
