Laptop has good specs but games still lagging. please please help!!!

i have just bought a laptop, it has nice specs and should run games without problems, but still when playing it is still lagging. here is my cpu-z report. any idea what could be wrong here?

Well just don't buy laptops for the future. Laptops are good if you need to move alot around and such with your work but i don't get why laptops are made for gaming because: you can't change most of your hardware in a laptop, a laptops usually have very low resolution screens, laptops have extremely bad airflow.
