Hi. Can anyone help me with these bios setings, I dont know what I should leave them on. BTW I an AMD Fx 6350. So the settings I want help with is: Cool N quiet. Core C6 Mode. Cpu thermal throttle. (APM) Application power management. And AMD turbo core. Also im am not going to overclock keep that in mind.

It's worth keeping coll n quiet and C6 mdoe on, they will save you a lot on your power bill and don't compromise performance. From what I've found APM differs depending on the motherboard model, you can try it both on and off. Turbo core boosts your clock speed from it's normal clock (I believe it's 3.9) to a higher value when it requires more power (4.2), which is worth leaving on if you're not overclocking.

Not that I've found. They're able to adapt your clock speed many times a second so you shouldn't see any detriment. You could always try with them on and off.

Yup, it dynamically changes the clock speed to adapt to the workload. If there's little workload it will save power by lowering the clock speed.

If you're concerned you could always keep an eye on your clockspeed in CPU-Z while playing games/doing CPU intensive tasks to make sure it isn't dipping. I highly doubt it would though.
