Due to the price and quality of the next gen consoles I'm looking for a PC instead of a console. What I'm looking for is a gaming PC which can run the newest games. Maybe not at the highest settings, but I want it to look good and be able to play without any lagg. I have a spending limit of about $800 or €750. It's going to be my first gaming PC so I don't have any knowledge of parts and I have no Idea which parts I should pick. I don't expect it to run games like Battlefield 4 at the highest settings, but I do want to play ''older'' games like Borderlands, Metro and Bioshock and maybe Farcry 3, if my budget would allow it. I don't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse or other accessoires and I would like to use SteamOS (If that's possible?). Also Dying light is a game I would like to be able to play at the highest settings that my budget allows.

PS. I'm from the Netherlands, so sorry if I made any mistakes in my question. Also, I'm new in PC gaming so if you need any more info to answer my question, please ask.

Thanks for your answer! I was looking if I was able to buy these parts from a dutch company (Alternate) but I wasn't able to find all the parts you recommend. Do you think that this will work?

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4670K FC-LGA4, "Haswell"
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper212 Evo PWM
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z87M-D3H RAID, Gb-LAN, Sound. ATX 1
Memory: Kingston HyperX 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit KHX1600C9D3K2/8G, Genesis
Video Card: ASUS R9270X-DC2T-2GD5 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, CrossFireX
Case: Sharkoon MA-W1000 2x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, Black (Mini tower, am I able to use this?)
Power Supply: Cooler Master B600 2x PCIe, Black

Also, I have no idea which Hard disk to choose. Any suggestions or tips?

Hi,

I disagree with that case, I know Sharkoon is Alternate´s little brand (although it comes from Germany, or does Alternate aswell?). You can get the 200R http://tweakers.net/product/320061/corsair-carbide-200r...

And for the PSU: http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/322858/corsair-cx600m.ht...

For the drive I would go for a Seagate barracuda or WD Blue.
Depends on how much storage you need: http://tweakers.net/serie/292/barracuda/

Motherboard: http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/335860/gigabyte-ga-z87-h...

I am from the Netherlands aswell and I know it is appealing to order everything from Alternate but you can save quite alot when using www.Tweakers.net. Then you can see which store has the lowest price. I wish you luck.
