you don't want any of those. they are all media center cards that are not meant or fit for gaming. the only one that was ever meant for gaming at all was the 4870 x2 and it was good when it came out a long long time ago but it is no longer supported and is incompatible with current games.

the lowest you would really want to go to is a 6570. and a 7750 would be better if possible.

you also do NOT want an fx4130. they are the old bulldozer CPUs. you would want to get an fx4300 which is normally about the same price but definitely worth a few bucks more.

The 6450 would be the best choice out of everything on that list. The 210's and that 520are really only for very light gaming and movies and things. At that resolution any of those 5xxx cards or the 6xxx card would work. But again I would go with the 6450 card becuse its a full generation newer then the others. That means better performance all around for whatever you will be doing.

Hey bro . if you really cant build a better system then the best from all of those listed VGA cards is ( radeon hd 4870 x2 graphics card 2gb ) . you will have no problem finding its drivers in amd.com . its old but its still a good card for budget gamers .

in my opinion . dont build that rig , your little bit on edge with them & ull soon feel you need better hardwares , instead collect your money & go for a good INTEL SYSTEM .

go with good i5 cpu + good brandnew vga card ;)  . if you needed any suggestions on parts . ill try my best to give you something good according to your budget .

I'd say you save up and get something better than you are -- the 210 is terrible in terms of value for money.
I'd also hint at the 7750.
Also, which 550W PSU are you getting? The one thing you should not go cheap on is the power supply.
If you're using the cheap PSU's then the best that can happen is your computer will die early -- and the worst is that it'll die quite early, and major components in it(read "PSU'll blow up").
You should spend atleast 45 of those 250 on your PSU.
P.S. The Corsair CX430 is selling at just 33, get it if you need to replace.
