i NEED help!!!! my computer that i built on Christmas will not notice my AMD Radeon 7770

i built a computer and got everything working....or so i thought. after checking my device manager i noticed that i literally had no graphics card in there! it doesnt make any sense to me. some one please help i have a AMD Radeon HD 7770. The fan spins on the card so i just assumed it would work until i tryd to start some games and got shit fps. (also i dont know if this matters but i was not getting any hdmi out put also.) plus i could not download any drivers which must be a cause of this. HELPPPP!

Go to amd.com and there driver section. Look for Radeon HD series, then 7000, then GHz edition. Also double check all of your connections of course. Or try your video card in another computer.
