Graphics card wont work after restart.

So I have this problem with my Radeon 6570 that started one day after I did something in bios. Everytime i restart my computer I have to reinsert my card over and over for it to work. But not it wont register at all after my last restart. I have updated bios and everything but nothing works.

Ive already did that but I will try again.

Edit: Just tried it did nothing.

list hardware............

is the monitor currently plugged into motherboard?

when in BIOS.......... did you check to see if the video card slot was enabled vs the on board video? and then hook to card.

m5a78l-m lx plus mobo, Radeon 6570, All the hardware I need to list. The onboard works which I am using now. But my graphics card isn't detected after the last restart

so in the BIOS the PEG or pci-e slot is enabled and the on board graphics is disabled? or if there is an option for "auto"....... that's selected?

also, for a test, disable the on board sound.............. after testing the above.... and boot.

For my motherboard and most new ones you usually don't have to do all that it will recognize the new card but, when I restart it will go undetected. Pci-e is enabled, I cant disable the onboard in bios, i disable it in device manager but no solution.

could be the card or could be the mb slot. can you get your hands on another card?

I just reformatted my computer I think the only option now is to get another motherboard or graphics card. But my graphics card works so ill try it on a friends to see.
