Yes. PCI-Ex16 graphic cards are physically compatible with all PCI-Ex16 slots.

The GPU memory and PC Memory don't actually need to match. The only real important thing you have to match on GPU's is the slot, and since almost every card still in use is PCIe they will match up.

I mean that all PCI-Ex16 graphic cards will fit into any PCI-E slot on a motherboard. In reference to your other question and as itzdanielp states, the memory between the graphics card and the system memory do not need to match. They are completely separate from each other.

GeForce GTX 650 is compatible with ASRock 970 Pro2, every 2.0/3.0 x16 graphics card is compatible with 2.0/3.0 x16 PCI-E slot, even if a graphics card is 3.0 and PCI-E is 2.0 it will be compatible (2.0 on 3.0 too).

I would be more concerned as if it would fit in your case.
if it does, then go for it.

Also like others said, DD3 (RAM) and GDDR5 (MEMORY RAM) have nothing to do with each other.
Ram runs your OS, Programs, games...
GDDR5 runs your VIDEO / GAMES (specifically designed for video intensive applications and games)
a lot faster than say a GDDR3 video card.

Yep, it'll fit. The 650 is a relatively small card.
