I am looking to get into PC gaming mainly so that I can play Elder Scrolls Online with my friends when it comes out. I have decided to build my own after talking to some of my friends and have put together a build on PC part picker.

This is the build I currently have:

CPU Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $149.99
Motherboard ASRock Z75 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 $76.99
Memory A-Data XPG Gaming Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $76.99
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.98
Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 660 2GB $177.98
Case Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower $69.99
Power Supply EVGA 750W ATX12V / EPS12V $79.99
Optical Drive Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer $17.98
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) $88.98
Total: $798.87

I would like to keep the build around $800 including the operating system since I will still need to purchase a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

These are my 3 main questions that I would like to have answered:

1. Will this build work well for gaming (specifically ESO)?
2. Do you have any suggestions on other parts that I should use?
3. What is a good gaming monitor that I should get (preferably under $150)?

Thanks in advance for your help. As I've said I am new to this and any advice you have is good advice for me.

Is a CPU cooler necessary? I don't plan on overclocking right now because like I said I am just getting started with computers.

Go with this instead, on the last build posted you can't overclock that CPU.
