Hi, I am looking to buy a GTX 760 OC gpu and leadtek is the cheapest manufacturer here. I did some research but i am still unclear about it. Is the cooling good or noisy? Does it overheats easily? I would appreciate it if someone could point in the right direction. Otherwise I will just go for the gigabyte one. I do not want to waste more money when it stops working.

More about : leadtek reliable

In India, I've only seen leadtek having posted quadro's.
Do you have a link?

They are an OK, middle of the road brand.

How is the cooling like? Do they break easily? Should I go for it or I will have more luck from some other manufacturer.

If you're looking at a card in the 760 performance level, why would you even consider cheaping out with a not-well-known brand??? If you're going for a 630 or something just to have a basic card for 1-2 monitors, then ok. But presumably you're going for a 760 for the performance so quality & reliability & support are important.

When you buy cheap, you live with the cheap stuff for months or years. When you get good quality, it only hurts when you pay but then you enjoy the good quality for months.

In my personal experience i would suggest you to pick gigabyte since its quality is good and reliable. My leadtek gtx 580 fried in months. Dont know if there my mistake but wont look the leadtek unles there's good response. Since you are buying with huge money better take the good one Still sad, but now using asus gpu's :D

If you can spend some extra money, then go with aftermarket cooling.
It's costlier than reference but generally worth it, as it allows overclocking more(or is already overclocked) and runs quieter and cooler.
