Hello, I've had quite a strange problem for a while now. I had a GTX 550ti, but it wouldn't launch games and when it did it would give <10 fps. The only fix I could find was to reinstall the drivers after every boot of the computer, as every time I shut down it seems to remove some data essential to the graphics. I assumed this was a fault with the 550ti, but when I got my new matrix r9 280x I find myself having exactly the same problem.
I now know it's not the graphics, but what on earth is it?
