There is probably nothing that can be done for the first PC that will allow it to handle the video editing anywhere near as well as #2, which has a MUCH stronger CPU.
For light gaming, you'll need to add a graphics card to #2; once you do that, the APU in #1 has no advantage, even if you add a graphics card to that one.
There is no longer a price listed for #1. I see no information listed about the PSU in #2, which means you might be limited to a HD7750 (which still tromps the APU in games).
Really, both of these machines possess the kind(s) of shortcomings which help explain why so many of us advocate building your own PC.
