i have win xp sp3......i bought new gta 4...i installed it ...downloaded all required files and patch 7....i have been working on this since 2 days...it wont start now....when i open launch gta 4 icon,the social club appears,i click on play offline and then a spinning cd icon appears...but then after some seconds the send/dont send error appears...please help...my computer can run run the game for sure...and i am using a portable dvd drive...could that cause a prob.?????
