Solution itzdanielp Dec 27, 2013 8GB is the sweet spot. 4GB is enough, but the downside to that is if you get a 4GB chip, the computer will only run in single channel mode. But yes, it is possible to just get 4 for now and add 4 more later when you can afford it.
