Hey boys n girls! Been looking for ages to find a quality PSU to be sufficient enough for my build, at the same time not being to expensive, and keeping quality as the PSU is one of the most important parts in a build, I need one that won't mess up my build entirely..(will probably not be running SLI later on)
I'd like one between 120-200$, and the only brands being sold in my country currently are:

XFX
Corsair
Silver Power
Some Chieftec's
Some Cooler Master's

So please limit it to these brands (preferably Corsair as thats the most produced brand here and is likely to be available on the market)

Heres my build (running 2x monitors - not gaming on both at same time)

Monitors: Asus 24" LED VG248QE 1920x1080, 144hz, 1ms, 80m:1, Speakers, DVI/HDMI/DP
+ another 24" inch IPS

DVD Writer: ASUS DVD Writer, DRW-24F1ST SATA, DVD±R: 24x, DVD+DL: 12x, CD-R: 48x, Power2Go 8, Retail - BLACK

- will be overclocked accordingly

Mobo: ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO, Socket-1150 ATX, Z87, DDR3, 3xPCIe-x16, SLI/CFX, HDMI, SupremeFX
- will be overclocked too

RAM: Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Tactical 16GB 16GB kit (8GBx2),1600MHz, 1.5V, CL8-8-8-24
- will be overclocked if I see the reason to

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl Fans: 1x 140mm Front, 1x 140mm Behind, Silenced, ATX, mATX, mITX, USB 3.0

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K Socket-LGA1150, Quad Core, 3.5GHz, 8MB, 84W, HD4600, Boxed w/fan, Haswell
- will be overclocked to 4.2-4.7 ghz depending on chip
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Norwegian, full, DVD

CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler 775/1150/1155/1156/1366, AM2/AM2+/AM3, 1300 RPM, 110,3 m³/h, 19,8 dBA

SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB BK OEM Basic KIT, 540/520MB/s read/write, Samsung MEX controller

HDD: Seagate Barracuda® 2TB SATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 64MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5"

Listing the tier list of PSU's below:

Whereas I'd like a Tier 2 PSU, please give me a hand!

Thanks in advance!

How are they in terms of quietness?
