Is there really big diffrence because the all have diffrent prices.

1600/9 is pretty much entry level, if you can find 1333/9 cheaper it will outperform 1600/11....ideally you want the highest freq with the lowest CL you can find in your budget entry level sticks are normally at about

1600/9 1866/9-10 2133/10-11 2400/11-12 so if you can find that or better (lower CL ) in your budget then those would be best

Depends on what you do ;) if only email, a little browsing, or even gaming where DRAM is nothing more than a conduit, it doesn't matter a whole lot, but if you do any mutli-tasking, work with multiple windows/tabs open, use memory centric apps, it will matter a lot more, plus generally when folks put a new rig together they start doing more with it than what they expected too, so it provides a longer term benefit also
