basically i am looked at the best possible fans to cool my i7 4770k. I don't want it to break the bank and i am not planning to OC yet. It currently runs mid 60s to high 60s while gaming and low 30s while using it lightly.
It is placed in a bitfinix shinobi case without the side panel as i currently don't have case fans.
My question is within a £30 budget for CPU cooler what would you recommend?
Also what case fans would you recommend and how many of them for the case so i can close it up? (intake and exhaust)
