Fps slowly gets lower in the game

On a game such as World of Warcraft, I start off running at 60 fps with vsync on, but after about 5 - 15 minutes it slowly start to get lower and then starts jumping from 20 fps to 50 fps and never stays in around the same place

first of all you need to link your specs. Its also a good idea to let Geforce experience optimize your game because it will choose the right settings and btw you should take v-sync off in both ingame and in nvidia control panel. It limits your fps.
