PC Build - Only need some parts

Thanks to one of my friends, the only parts I need are a CPU, GPU, and RAM. This is what I was thinking of going for:
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 (The motherboard is 1155 obviously)
PNY VCGGTX660XPB GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 (Has SLI support)
Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
The total price on Newegg right now is about 450, and I don't want to go much higher. What do you think? Any suggestions?

However, GTX660 is also quite capable card. Either ways, you will be fine.

Would there be any compatibility issues with an AMD GPU and an Intel CPU/Motherboard?

No, not at all.
Just make sure to pick up a good Mobo (this applies to both nVidia/AMD GPUs)

That Mobo isn't good, if you plan to overclock your CPU. If you don't plan to overclock, it's fine.

However, if you don't plan to overclock, maybe you can save some bucks on the CPU, by buying an i5 3470. i5 3570k have unlocked multipliers, so, it's made for overclocking.
