I have an MSI GE60 laptop and I recently purchased the BenQ XL2420TE 144hz monitor. The Intel HD graphics is what my HDMI and VGA uses to output to a monitor. The Intel graphics only supports up to 60hz so I can't use the full capability of the 144hz monitor. My other graphics card in the laptop is the Nvidia GTX 660M. Is it possible to disable the Intel HD graphics and use only the GTX 660 so that my monitor will use this?

I don't think so, since your laptops integrated monitor runs off that I believe.
