Stream quality a little bad

I have this T.V. which I use to game on and recently I decided to try to stream on it as well while playing on my PS4, http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-39-class-38-1-2-diag--led-1080p-60hz-hdtv/7790041.p?id=12188602....

I noticed that the quality of the stream while not bad, was still not right. It was a little pixelated and felt off. I set the quality on the PS4 for Best quality while streaming and it still felt not right.

So, my question is, is their things I need to alter a bit, like on the T.V. or PS4 to make it the best possible quality I can get off of it? Note, I just got the T.V. last night and was trying it out today. I don't know much about this kinda stuff so sorry if it doesn't sound right.

The PS4 streams at 540p, depending on your internet connection. If your upload speeds aren't the best, you're not going to get very good quality out of your stream. Even under the best circumstances, if you're watching it on a 1080p TV, it's going to look a bit pixelated.

It could depend on the quality of the stream. Are you using netflix for example? Netflix has different quality settings available as do most services which could be the issue.

Does the monitor look fine with normal operations like a blu-ray?

OH DERP, I meant when I try streaming on twitch via PS4! I have the quality on my T.V perfectly fine, but when I watch it via twitch the quality looks pixelated, same for all my friends who watch it.
