Hi my friend is looking to update his graphics card and asked me whether the graphics card would fit, he has enough power-supply but i just wanted to check before he bought it that it would work in the socket as the graphics card is pcie3.0 and the motherboard says it takes pcie2.0. I read that it was backwards compatible but i am just making a post just to check.
