650 Ti or Wait

I'm looking into getting a 650 Ti or should I wait?

Right now I have a Geforce 8600 GT which is long over due for an upgrade. I have $166 to spend on a graphics card right now but I will be getting more money in a month. So should I buy a 650 Ti or 650 Ti Boost (They are currently are disappearing of newegg for some reason) or should I wait to get more money to buy a better graphics card like a GTX 760?

Thanks for the quick responses.

My current system specs are:
Intel Core i3-2100 at 3.1 GHz
12 GBs of DDR3 RAM at 1600 MHz
Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT 512 GDDR3

As for my current monitor resolution, it is 1280x1024 which is not up to date to today standards. I plan on getting a 1080p monitor soon though.
