I would like custom water cooling but i have a feeling it would overkill and expensive. My budget is £2000 ($3250) And i would like the best water cooling possible for my money, should i go down the custom route? If so how much would it be? And if you don't think i should what should i buy? i would like it to be as quite as possible so no air cooling please. I am also planning on overclocking.
