Terrible FPS With GTX 760

I bought this card hoping it would preform excellent with the latest fps games. I did a fresh install after i installed it and tested it on BO2 and got 20fps. Very disappointing to say the least, tried beta drivers, tried official ones all with the same result. Whats the problem?, Should i return it and get an amd card. Here is my specs, someone please help me out.

GPU- Geforce gtx 760
CPU- Intel core i7 860 @ 2.80ghz
RAM- 8gb
Resolution- 1920x1080
Current driver version- 331.93
OS- Windows 7
Monitor- LG led monitor

Your old card wasnt bottle necking either. The 760 isnt the best gpu out there either....its a entry level of the 700 series and that i7 you have is old and slow. I would make sure everything is plugged in correctly update your motherboard drivers AND BIOS and see where that gets you. Alot of people with older motherboards have been having to update their motherboards bios to support the new cards.

Really? i was expecting more from the i7, and i got higher fps with my other card so that doesnt make that much sense to me. But i have a CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-750TX power supply.

What upgrades would you recommend i make? At this point im considering just buying a console because i'm tired of spending hundreds more on custom built that isnt even up to the task.
