I just built my first computer, and I ran into a problem. When I plugged both RAM sticks into the RAM slots, the computer wouldn't boot and the fans would just turn on and off repeatedly. I took one stick out, and then it booted, so I took that one out and put the other one back in and it wouldn't boot. I could put my friends RAM in and have two sticks in and it would still boot. Anybody know why this is? Is it a bad RAM stick? They're both the same sticks too.
