Trying to upgrade an Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti for $125 or less, anyone have any suggestions? Mine is dying a slow death. Current system specs:

Operating System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130828-1532)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: XPS 8300
BIOS: BIOS Date: 10/17/11 11:18:49 Ver: 04.06.04
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8174MB RAM
Page File: 2551MB used, 13795MB available
Windows Dir: C:\Windows
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Power Supply: 430W *would prefer a card upgrade that allows me to keep this one, if possible*

the 660ti i think can be had for a pretty good price and shouldnt be too much of a problem to upgrade as long as your psu has the proper connectors to plug in the card, power usage however would be fine (though with your total specs i would totally recommend a psu upgrade as your next upgrade)

Power Supply: 430W *would prefer a card upgrade that allows me to keep this one, if possible*

Geforce GTX 650ti - 20A and a 400W PSU minimum
Geforce GTX 650ti Boost - 24A and a 450W PSU minimum

Can you open your side panel and check amperage, so far for 650 TI boost you are short only 20 watt, it will work, if you don't want to stress your PSU 650TI will do. What is your choice?

Anything else I can help you with?

thx for the advice folks-- both were good suggestions but out of the price range needed. I got a deal on a new ASUS Radeon HD 7790 for 79.99 so ordered that; and am getting the Power Supply upgraded to 600W. We'll see if that fixes things.
