So what's the best i can buy with 350 bucks? It's for my gaming PC, i only use 1 screen, 500W PSU, and i got an AM3+ motherboard. I just need a video card and a processor.

I think getting AMD FX-6300 CPU and Geforce GTX 760 graphics card will most likely be the best solution for you. It should fit in your budget and you will get good enough CPU and solid graphics card. If you play CPU intensive games or titles that make better use of multiple cores, then you might want to look at FX-8350 and R9 270 combination, but most likely you will be better of with FX-6300 and GTX 760.

Oh, one more thing: Are you planning to overclock your cpu? If not, then maybe getting FX-6350 with R9 270 or 270X (depending on price) would be the thing for you. Your motherboard and PSU should be able to handle combination like that and it would give basically the biggest improvement below 350$ ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113327 + http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814550001 would be 340$ ). Here is a comparison on your current CPU and FX-6350 http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/195/AMD_Athlon_II_X2_265_vs_AMD_FX-Series_FX-6350.html If you are planning to OC, then save a bit of money and get 6300 instead.

I was planning on overclocking after a few years, when games start requiring more than i can handle.
