Hey guys,

Due to me ditching playstation upon the release of ps4 I've decided to build my first gaming pc. Just wondering if this is a good set up / all compatible and wondering if you guys have any other suggestions motherboard wise :)

Components are as follows

1. Asus HD 7870 radeon directCU II graphics card
2. AMD fx6300 black edition core 6
3. Corsair builder series CX 500 watt psu
4. Asus M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
5. Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 4GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Module (x2)
6. Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda 1TB 3.5 inch Hard Drive
7. TP Link TL-WN881ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Express Adapter

And finally...

BitFenix Shinobi Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

HJC

Looks like a pretty nice build, except for one thing. The PSU. I'd definitely want to upgrade that to at least 600W, possibly more if you ever want to upgrade or add more components. I have a 7870 myself (although it's just in a box for now), you should be fine with that in comparison to the PS4.
